2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any toto1 service. toto1 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesia market. Any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or wagering on the Platform.
2.2 Residency. The toto1 Platform is directed at adult residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are physically located in Indonesia and are accessing the Platform from within Indonesian territory at the time of registration and at subsequent login sessions.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts under applicable law are not eligible to register.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one toto1 Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different identities, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.5 Exclusion List. Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from the toto1 Platform, or who have been permanently banned for breach of these Terms & Conditions, are not eligible to re-register under any circumstances.
3.1 Registration Process. To open a toto1 Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen username and password.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent update is true, accurate, and not misleading. toto1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence supporting any registered detail at any time.
3.3 KYC Verification. toto1 operates a mandatory KYC process. Before processing any withdrawal, toto1 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
3.4 Verification Timeframe. toto1 endeavors to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. During periods of high volume, verification may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawal processing will be held pending successful KYC completion.
3.5 Right to Decline. toto1 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account at any stage of the KYC process if submitted documentation is deemed insufficient, falsified, or inconsistent.
4.1 Credential Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your toto1 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. toto1 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account at the earliest opportunity via your account dashboard settings.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify toto1 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your login credentials have been lost, stolen, or disclosed to any third party.
4.3 Shared Device Warning. You must not access your toto1 Account from any shared, public, or unprotected device or network. toto1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Session Monitoring. toto1's security systems monitor login sessions continuously. Accounts displaying anomalous login patterns — including logins from multiple geographically distant locations within short time windows — may be temporarily suspended pending security review. toto1 will contact the registered email address to facilitate account reinstatement.
5.1 Supported Methods. toto1 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No foreign exchange conversion is applied.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual bank and e-wallet transaction limits imposed by the respective payment provider may apply.
5.3 Processing Times. Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your toto1 Account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. In exceptional cases, bank transfers may take up to 10 minutes during peak hours.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit detected during KYC review will result in suspension of the Account and return of funds to the originating account where practicable.
5.5 No Deposit Fees. toto1 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees; toto1 has no control over and accepts no liability for such charges.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. Deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. toto1 reserves the right to request the source-of-funds documentation for any deposit and to suspend or close an Account where satisfactory documentation cannot be provided.
6.1 Withdrawal Channels. Withdrawals may only be processed to an Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the toto1 Account. Supported withdrawal channels mirror the deposit channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes during WIB operational hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside operational hours will be queued and processed from 07:00 WIB the following day. toto1 does not charge withdrawal fees.
6.4 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawals will only be released to Accounts that have successfully completed KYC verification. toto1 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing pending completion or re-verification of KYC at any time.
6.5 Wagering Requirement Check. Where a withdrawal is requested while a Bonus with an active wagering requirement is applied to your Account, toto1 will notify you of the outstanding requirement. You may choose to forfeit the Bonus balance and proceed with withdrawal of real-money funds only.
6.6 Fraud Checks. toto1 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 5 business days for additional fraud or AML screening. In such cases, the Member will be notified by email to the registered address.
7.1 Bonus Availability. toto1 offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, weekly cashback, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier specifying how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated in full on each promotional page before acceptance.
7.3 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Sports bets typically contribute 100% of stake value; slot games contribute 100%; live casino games and video poker may contribute a reduced percentage (e.g., 10–20%). 7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Only one Bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Accepting a new Bonus offer while an existing Bonus is active will be declined by the Platform unless the existing Bonus has been forfeited.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. toto1 reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings, and to close an Account, where it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: exploiting promotions through coordinated betting patterns, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or deliberately placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
7.6 Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus balances that remain unutilised after the stated expiry date will be automatically forfeited without notice.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. toto1 reserves the right to decline, restrict, or limit any Wager at its sole discretion, including bets placed by Members identified as consistently sharp or professional bettors. Notification of bet acceptance or rejection is provided in real time via the Platform interface.
8.2 Odds and Prices. All odds and prices displayed on the toto1 Sportsbook are subject to change until a Wager is confirmed. toto1 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds pricing; any Wager placed on a manifestly incorrect price (e.g., an odds error of greater than 50% deviation from the true market) may be voided or settled at the corrected price at toto1's discretion.
8.3 Void Bets. A Wager may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: abandonment or postponement of an event beyond the settlement window; force majeure events; proven data feed errors; or where toto1 determines that the integrity of an event has been compromised.

Asian handicap settlement rules follow the standard international AH settlement framework; half-ball handicaps eliminate the possibility of a void result on a two-way market.
8.5 Casino and Slot Games. 8.6 Esports Betting. Esports markets covering Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire tournaments are settled in accordance with official tournament organisers' match results. In the event of a walkover, disqualification, or format change, toto1 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the toto1 Platform. Breach of any item below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
10.1 Ownership. All content on the toto1 Platform — including but not limited to the toto1 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of toto1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence. toto1 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from any toto1 Platform content without prior written authorisation from toto1.
11.1 Platform Availability. toto1 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary service interruptions. toto1 will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational damage.
11.3 Force Majeure. toto1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, acts of terrorism, or widespread banking system failures.
11.4 Maximum Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be excluded at law, toto1's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your toto1 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Data Collection. toto1 collects and processes personal data provided at registration, during KYC verification, and through your ongoing use of the Platform. 12.2 Consent. By registering a toto1 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by closing your Account, subject to toto1's data retention obligations under applicable law.
12.3 No Sale of Data. toto1 does not sell or rent member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 14.1 Member-Initiated Closure. You may close your toto1 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied.
14.2 toto1-Initiated Closure. toto1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where toto1 reasonably determines that: the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions; the Account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to toto1.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether Member- or toto1-initiated — any active Bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to Clause 14.1 or 14.2 as applicable. All licences granted to the Member under Clause 10.2 shall immediately terminate.
15.1 Right to Amend. toto1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://toto1.onl/terms-conditions with the effective date updated accordingly.
15.2 Notification. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Member rights, deposit/withdrawal conditions, or wagering rules — toto1 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered address and via an in-Platform notification banner.
15.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the toto1 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.
16.1 Applicable Law.
